Optica’s aim is to design and source the very best quality eyewear accessories.

The company was established in May 1958 to provide the best possible service to the optical industry in New Zealand. We manufacture in New Zealand, and we are constantly monitoring new technology in order to improve all our products and services. We specialise in personalised products bringing brand power to the practices we work with.

We are recognised industry leaders in New Zealand, and we export to various markets in both Europe and Asia. Our product range now includes printed micro-cloth, lens cleaning solutions, Peeps, Spectacle cords/chains, readers, Overspex, Flip-ups, magnifiers, spectacle cases and retail bags.

We also exclusively distribute a number of well-respected brands including OS|Overspex™, Strike® Sunglasses, Pocket Peepers Peeps™, Contemporary Readers™, Opti-clip™ custom clip-ons and IMAGS™.
