Independent Lens Specialists was formed in 2006 by Glenn Bolton and John Clemence.  ILS are a full service laboratory, processing Freeform, conventional and AR coating all from our Christchurch laboratory.  As our name suggests, we are “Independent” and support the Independent optometry throughout NZ and “Specialists” in providing the best solution that that many others labs are unable to provide. With the ongoing investment in machinery and with the experience and  knowledge ILS are able to handle all your Rx requirements especially your SunRx!
